Greetings! In this article, I am going to share with you all the healthy habits to enhance your daily life. Every day, you want to become a better person. It could be at home, at work, at school, or anywhere that matters to you. Do you feel overwhelmed with things not being in order or exhausted with toddlers in the background, trying to kill each other?

Relate much? Honestly, life is not a bed of roses. However, the show must go on. It is best that we take some time to sit down and scrutinize our everyday activities. What are we doing in a day that makes us feel incompleted or drained off by the end that day? Besides, you may have an important task, for example, I have a blog post to write, but I could not finish it before the dateline. Where is my problem then? Is it that I do not have enough time? Maybe, yet I still feel I could have finished it on time.
The Problem Statement
Therefore, I realized that the problem lies within me.

I am pretty sure many of you all are going through some sort of battle and I have decided to share my golden rules or habits to improvise your day and become an efficient person. These habits are life-changing for me. However, I am not an expert or professional but these are based on my personal experience which I have adopted and made me feel organized.
What are Healthy Habits?
The main goal to improvise our daily routines is by maneuvering it in a positive direction. Your habits are the ones that build your character. You want to hold an affirmation inside your head. Besides that, make yourself mentally and physically prepared to endure every day. I could bet you that you will not be able to follow all these mini habits in just one day. It takes some practice because practices make it perfect. Gradually, you will be able to follow them and the results are amazing. These life changers’ habits are a MUST to follow.
Mind Over Matter
Mind over matter means that someone is capable of handling a physical situation or problem by using their right mind. Consequently, you should learn to train your mind to tackle your daily routines efficiently.
Nobody is born smart. Educate yourself with good knowledge about any topics. Sharing knowledge is always a good way to be a better person. There are abundant resources online and books for you to learn something that you do not know.
Learn new skills.
When you learn new skills like playing musical instruments or picking up a new language, this would raise your standards. Besides that, it may also serve you in a long time as a new asset. Hence, making your life even better.
Accept your mistakes.
Everyone makes mistakes. It is okay, really, as mistakes are the best teacher. It is okay to be flawed. Do not aim for perfection either. Learn from those mistakes and make yourself wisely.
Be grateful and compliment yourself.
Every morning, practice writing out in a journal for all the things that you are grateful for. This method makes you feel satisfied and compliment yourself too. Give yourself a pat at the back for all the things you have achieved. This would make you feel happy and you may start your day with a huge smile.
Persistence is the key to success.
To achieve your goals, you must be persistent towards it. Your hard work and determination will give you fruitful results. Sometimes, you may want to give up, but have a positive set of mind that you will succeed.

Self-talking is an art to connect with your inner self. Spend some quality time with yourself and recognize your potentials. This method builds confidence in you and leading you to be a better person.
Success comes in no size.
That is true. In everyday life, you want to win something. That is human nature. Therefore, no matter how small the win is, it is still meant to be celebrated. When you accomplish something, it makes you feel positive about your capabilities.
Perform a morning ritual.
By setting things ready in the morning, you will not be in haste for the rest of the day. Take a few minutes every morning, to feel energized and work your way towards important tasks. When you practice doing the same routine, you will be able to control your time and tasks in hand.
Visualize your dreams.
Visualization is such a powerful tool. By visualizing, you are one step closer to your goal. This method makes you feel blissful inside and out. It makes you believe that you can achieve your goals.
Prioritize your tasks.
Hereby, all the urgent tasks come first thing in the day. Followed by important and the less important ones. Furthermore, do not jumble up your tasks as it may drain your energy off. This enhances your focus on one task and makes the quality of work to be a good one.

Starting these healthy habits is not going to be easy but again practice makes perfect. Prepare your mind for this. I am going to show you the steps necessary to make your perfect day.

- Listen to good music that makes you feel energized

- Create a Gratitude Journal
- Make a planner/to-do-list
- Spend less time on social media if your job requires social media, then prepare a schedule

- Watch documentaries
- Drink lots of water and reduce sugary foods
- Get enough sleep
- Take 20 minutes of break at the workplace and stretch out
- Fix a skincare routine, hair, and nails
- Go on small trips once in a while
- Have your teeth checked
- Keep home clean
- Prepare a shopping/grocery list to avoid buying unwanted items
